Brandon Palacios was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared for my best interest. He introduced me to the membership program explaining every option pros and cons. He also showed me pictures of everything he inspected and offered suggestions and advise without any pressure. He is a pleasant man and trustworthy. Sam, the AC service technician, did an absolutely outstanding job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his field. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure the job was done right.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and his commitment to providing excellent service. It’s rare to find technicians who are this honest, skilled, and dedicated to helping the customer.

Very unethical and unprofessional! He tried to come in my house without shoe covers. Told me that the heater needed to be cleaned before they could fix it. But i had a second opinion and was told it did in fact NOT need to be cleaned and that it just needed to be fixed! Would NOT recommend this company. They tried to upsell me to pay for a repair that was already covered through my warranty.
