Very unethical and unprofessional! He tried to come in my house without shoe covers. Told me that the heater needed to be cleaned before they could fix it. But i had a second opinion and was told it did in fact NOT need to be cleaned and that it just needed to be fixed! Would NOT recommend this company. They tried to upsell me to pay for a repair that was already covered through my warranty.

Great experience with Victor! Came at the designated time and was very friendly and cordial. Checked all the components in the house and made some recommendations. No pressure. Be cautious—avoid using this company unless your warranty company requires it for a claim. Give them two star because they did make my unit running

annual heating check, went over thoroughly all the good and bad, made suggestions, one of their great features is no pressure, they explain and leave entirely up to home owner. Jose Flores was our tech today, numerous photos to help explain his findings. We have used them since the 90's!
